I had an account and now I can not log in and there is no record of my account here anymore.
This is most likely because late in March 2010 we did a major upgrade to the site. Since this was such a major project it was decided to start over with a clean database but all of your old orders are still being kept on hand, just not online. All orders received online after the upgrade will be available for you to view.
How much is shipping? - How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated during the check out and is based on the weight of the order. To find the cost of shipping for your order simply go to the check out page with all your items in the cart, enter your Zip Code, and State. Then click on the "Display Shipping Rates" button shipping fees will then automatically be calculated for you.
Is your site secure, is my information safe?
Our site is as secure as possible with a security certificate and the latest updates installed. As far as your information we only ask for what we need to ship your order and contact you if a problem arises with your order. THERE IS NO CREDIT CARD INFORMATION RETAINED ON THIS SITE. Generally there are no issues but during show season there may be delays while we wait for new stock to arrive after a show.
