What types of payment do you accept?

BMKDesigns accepts the following forms of payments for you to pay with check, cashiers check, money order, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards. For those who prefer to use PayPal you still can if you chose to do so. Personal checks will have 10 working day hold on them to be sure they clear your bank before shipping.

What forms of payment do you accept for international orders?

For international orders we prefer PayPal but can also accept credit cards.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we will ship internationally but we will only replaced items shipped by USPS Global Express Mail (EMS) or USPS Priority Mail International. The reason for this is the USPS cannot track other types of international shipments. Therefore there is no way to tell if an order is lost, stolen, or delivered.

I ordered a drop shipped item, how does that work?

When you order a drop shipped item that item will ship directly from our supplier, all other items in that order will ship from us just as it would if it was a normal order. This allows us to have more inventory for our customers to select from without having to go to more than one site. Best of all there is no additional fee for drop shipped items.

I just placed an order, How long before it ships?

Most orders will ship within 24 hours after they are ordered, there will be a few exception when we are out of town doing shows.

Is there an address or e-mail address other than the Contact Us e-mail I can use?

Yes, you can get the address for us by moving you mouse over the Comodo icon and if needed you can e-mail us at support@bmkdesigns.net.

Is the Anti-Bot image case sensitive?

No, the letters can be typed in either upper or lower case.

I did not receive our clubs discount when checking out?

This is typically because this is your first order with us. When you sign up to receive the club discount you need to enroll under your clubs membership. After that we need to verify you are actually a member of the club you signed up for and complete your membership in order for you to receive the discount.
